TERMS & CONDITIONS

For all new mold and private commission orders, a 50% development fee is automatically acquired and is non-refundable.
All private commissions must be paid in full upfront before production begins. Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for completion of commissioned works.

Import tax is not included in the order total, and shipping fees will be added to the invoice. All parcels will be shipped via UPS or DPD. Any breakages that occur during delivery will be replaced or compensated free of charge.
